ABOUT BTI

BIOLOGICAL TARGETS, Inc. (BTI) is an R&D company that develops biotechnological products for agriculture, medicine and the environment through biological discoveries. BTI offers novel technologies and safe, environmentally friendly products in three areas:

• Molecular targets for insecticide development
• Bt-based biopesticides for broad spectrum insect and nematode control
• Environmental technology products for soil improvement, reclamation and bioremediation
• DNA vaccines to combat retroviral infections

OUR APPROACH

BTI embraces a unified technology/business strategy that integrates R&D activities with product and technology offerings backed by a strong intellectual property position. Products and technologies offered by BTI have been developed in connection with the Company’s scientific expertise. As a result, the Company’s scientific competence has most immediate relevance and marketability to both agrochemical and pharmaceutical companies that are seeking to develop improved pesticides and drugs as well as other products important to agriculture, medicine and the environment.

OUR LOCATION

BTI occupies modern laboratory and office space situated in Pilot Point's biotechnology community. The laboratory facilities are designed for molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, microbiology, computational biology, robotics and high-throughput technologies.

BTI has a highly trained and experienced professional scientific staff that is capable of accomplishing all of the current objectives and goals of the Company. The Company anticipates hiring additional personnel commensurate with its future needs and expansion.
